Hey Friends,

Remember the feeling of ultimate freedom you got as a kid on a bike? Remember how it felt like somehow the whole world opened up to you, your two wheels, and the desire to keep on exploring? Today's guest never lost that desire, and in fact, his desire for freedom on two wheels took him on some EPIC adventures, and led to him riding in some of the world's most notable cycling races.

Svein Tuft former pro cyclist, with major accomplishments in the Tour de France, the Giro d'Italia, where he wore the Maglia Rosa. He is a Canadian Olympian, and overall legend on two wheels. As if that were not enough, Svein's life story sounds like it could be taken from the pages of a great adventure tale. He is a rugged outdoorsman, a trailblazer, a mountaineer, and someone who is not defined by limitations, but rather by sheer will and a determination to take the road less travelled.

Svein is truly one of a kind, the saying "they don't make them like this anymore" seems rather fitting for him, although he is as humble as he is accomplished. And it was a great pleasure sitting down to chat with him. And listening in some measure of awe and wonder to the legendary tales he tells that are simply moments of his journey.

Whether you follow cycling or not, this conversation will inspire you, it will leave you longing for adventure, and will hopefully help you see the potential in all of us to take on seemingly wild and impossible things!

Enjoy the ride
