Hey Friends, today on the pod we're chatting with a local legend, Jian Pablico.

To know Jian is to love him, he is a one of a kind human with an amazing heart, passion for life, movement, and setting future generations up to be change makers! So much of Ji's desire to support people and make the world a better place stems from his own journey, as a kid born in the Philippines, who moved to Canada, and began navigating that pivotal phase from adolescence into adulthood and confronting questions of masculinity, leadership, family, and simply being a good person. Woven throughout this meaningful conversation is Jian's playful and humorous nature, he has an incredible way to move you from laughter to self-reflection in the same breath.

In this episode we do just that, we laugh a lot, and dive into some big topics, like masculinity, fatherhood, creating community, movements through movement, creating and holding space for others, and much much more. I'll leave you with the curious question he asked us in the lead up to our pod, which was intentionally strange and strangely intentional... "when was a prominent moment when you learned how a sausage was made?

Listen in to find out what he does with that!
