We are really excited to share this episode with you all today. It seems like anxiety is an ever present reality in our world, and it is for many of us, a daily passenger on our journey through life. It can at times stand in the way of growth, development and pursuing the life we want, however anxiety need not be an insurmountable obstacle. We are so grateful to have shared this conversation with Ashley Chisholm, she is someone who has worked hard to name, recognize and move through her anxiety, as a means of living into her fullness and pursuing her passions in life.

Ashely bravely and generously shared her story with us, as she navigated the transition from "party" Ashley, into a person who embraced sobriety, veganism, and activism. Ashely is someone who has not allowed the obstacles in her life to define her, she continues to dig deep, and find strength in her vulnerability, openness, and desire to learn and grow while helping others do the same.

Beyond talking about her journey with anxiety, and her professional life, Ashley shares her story of finding her indigenous identity later in life and how that has been both a unforeseen twist and source of homecoming in her life.
