Hey friends,

This week we sat down with Dr. Pamela Fergusson a registered dietitian with a PhD in nutrition, and over 15 years of experience with changing lives through better nutrition. She has worked as a lecturer in nutrition at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, UK and Ryerson University, Canada. Pamela also has worked as a Dietitian in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia for organizations such as Unicef and the World Food program. She has broad and diverse experience from working in research and teaching as well as public health and clinical practice.

We chatted about her experience of raising a family on a plant based diet, and she gave us loads of good information, tips, tricks, and new ideas to help feed our growing fams! This conversation covered lots of ground and is great for busy families looking to cook and eat healthy meals, and for new and expecting mothers (and fathers), as well as anyone looking to up their health by being intentional with their food choices, as Dr. Fergusson drops knowledge sharing that a well planned plantbased diet is suitable for any age, including your toddler!

We were very happy to chat with Dr. Fergusson about raising vegan kids, and are excited to share this wonderful resource with you all!

Dig in and enjoy!
