Hey Friends,

We're back this week with another great guest! Zoë Pawlak, is an artist, business woman, mom, athlete, seeker, learner and teacher all rolled into one dynamic package. It was so much fun to spend some time chatting with her and learning from her story, her approach to life, and the wisdom she holds. Some of the highlights of this conversation are hearing about her story as a young girl who took risks, and embarked on some pretty big adventures, re-discovering sport later in life, the artistic process, sobriety, cold plunges, resilience, compassion and self reflection.
