Hey Friends,

As we are in the denoument of another year, and look ahead to all that 2024 may bring, we wanted to direct our focus with our pals Steph Corker and Cecily Elmas to help us look at things to embrace and things to let go of as we step into a New Year!

In this episode we discuss habits, letting go, and setting ourselves up for success in the new year. We explore the concept of failure and how it can be reframed as a learning opportunity. The importance of community and accountability is emphasized, as well as the need to break out of comfort zones and find purpose. The conversation concludes with a discussion on the comfort crisis and the importance of effort in personal growth. In this part of the conversation, Cecily and Steph discuss the importance of exploring different mediums for personal growth, including books and podcasts. They emphasize the need to change our mindset and habits to create positive change.

The conversation then shifts to the topic of financial wellness, with Cecily sharing her journey of taking control of her finances and learning about investments. They discuss the need for open conversations about money and the importance of releasing judgment and shame. The chapter concludes with a discussion on the power of language in financial literacy and the importance of setting financial goals. In this final part of the conversation, we indulge Zach and share our favorites, from TV shows and supplement of the year. We also share our top book recommendation and a must-have kitchen appliance. The conversation concludes with expressions of gratitude and a farewell message.

We love you all, and are grateful for your continued support, listenership and connection!

Whatever the New Year holds for you, we wish you growth, health, joy and abundance!
